Co-operative Bank of Kenya ATM

The Co-operative Bank of Kenya was founded in 1965 under the Co-operative Societies Act. On June 27, 2008, it restructured and incorporated under the Companies Act to meet listing requirements for the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE). It was publicly listed on December 22, 2008. Shares held by 3,805 Co-operative Societies were consolidated under Coop Holdings Co-operative Society Limited, which became the Bank’s strategic investor with a 64.56% ownership stake.

Additionally, the Bank provides convenient access to funds through its ATM located at Capital Centre, which operates 24/7. The Co-op Bank ATM card can also be used to pay for goods and services at no extra cost.
